Questions we get asked, answered properly
No gated PDFs and no sales pitch dressed as a guide. Each page leads with the answer, says where we are biased, and tells you when the free WhatsApp app is the better choice.
How do I let multiple agents answer one WhatsApp number?
You move the number to the WhatsApp Business API and put a shared inbox in front of it. The WhatsApp Business app cannot do this: it is one account on one phone with a small number of linked devices, everyone sees every chat, and afterwards nobody can tell you who replied. On the API there is no device limit, each agent has their own login, and chats can be assigned, labelled and reported on.

Yes, and the hard part is not translation — it is detection. A customer in the Gulf may open in Arabic script, in English, or in Roman Urdu typed with English letters, and a bot that assumes one of those gets the other two wrong. Waphie reads the script of the first message, remembers the language against that contact, and answers from per-language translations attached to every step and reply.

Almost every ban traces back to messaging people who did not ask to hear from you. Meta scores your number on a quality rating driven by blocks and reports; enough of them and your messaging limit drops, then the number is restricted. The reliable defence is structural rather than clever: collect real opt-in, honour opt-outs immediately, keep marketing templates relevant, and watch the quality rating before it turns red.

Through the official WhatsApp Business API, using message templates that Meta has approved, sent only to people who opted in to hear from you. Anything else — a modified app, a desktop bulk sender, an "unofficial API" panel — violates WhatsApp's terms and gets numbers banned, usually right when the campaign starts working.
